Return & Refund Policy

All products from emptypenz are made to order using print-on-demand production. Each item is produced specifically for you after an order is placed.

Because items are custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Because our products are made to order, most issues are resolved with a replacement rather than requiring the customer to physically return the item.

However, we stand behind the quality of every product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

If the shipment cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement order.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the shipment is returned by the carrier, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order once the correct address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is not claimed from the carrier or local pickup location and is returned, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Color and Print Variations

Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the printing process and different materials used during production. These minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Returns for Non-Defective Products

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products.

If you need a different size or color, the fastest solution is to place a new order.
