This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game “SCRAP,” developed and maintained by emptypenz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard user information in connection with the SCRAP game. It does not apply to other products or services offered by emptypenz.

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

However, SCRAP may collect the following non-personal data to enable gameplay features:

- **Device or application identifiers**, including:

- Google Play Games ID

- Apple Game Center ID

- Firebase Installation ID

- Unity Player ID (used by Unity Gaming Services)

These identifiers are used solely to enable core features such as cloud saves, cross-device progress, authentication, subscriptions, and achievements. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

The limited data we collect is used for the following purposes:

- **Game functionality**, including save syncing, subscription validation, and restoring player progress

- **User authentication**, such as logging in via Google Play Games or Apple Game Center

- **Customer support and account management**, when necessary to assist with troubleshooting or data deletion requests

We do not share any user data with third parties. No advertising SDKs or third-party analytics platforms are integrated into the app.

All game progress and related data are stored either locally on your device or securely in the cloud via official platform services, including Unity Gaming Services and Google Play / Apple Game Center infrastructure.

Data is encrypted in transit and handled in accordance with industry best practices to prevent unauthorized access.

4. User Account Creation

Users may create or access accounts via:

- **OAuth-based login systems**, such as Google Play Games or Apple Game Center

- **Unity Gaming Services Authentication**, for anonymous or secure game-linked profiles

We do not require users to create an account within the SCRAP app itself.

We retain collected identifiers only for as long as necessary to provide gameplay functionality. If a user deletes the app, we do not retain local data. Cloud-linked data (e.g., subscriptions, progress) may persist unless a deletion request is made.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated gameplay data.

SCRAP is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, it will be deleted promptly.
